Craig came to us with an enquiry for a new garage, that he actually intended to use as a games room. There was an old garage on the site, which we dismantled and cleared to create space for the new build.

As you can see from the photos, we constructed an ideal space for Craig, providing him with a modern, and secure garage. As his intended purpose was a games room rather than a garage for a car, we insulated the building and plastered the interior so that he could decorate to his taste. There is also a side entrance and a rear window to bring in light and provide access.
